Motorcycling Abroad by Peter Henshaw

Covering everything from bike preparation and route planning to road safety, law, local regulations, extreme conditions, and emergencies, this guide is for motorcyclists taking their own bike abroad, tourists wanting to hire a bike or scooter while away, and people joining one of the growing number of all-in overseas riding tours.

From a young age, Peter Henshaw has been fascinated by everything with wheels, from bicycles to 500 horsepower tractors. Before going freelance, he was the Editor of Motorcycle Sport & Leisure for five years, and currently writes for a variety of transport publications, including MSL, TAG, A to B, and Tractor, as well as The Telegraph. He's also the author of more than 30 books, including ten about motorcycles, and is a year-round motorcycle rider who doesn't own a car.
