Mr Jack by Christine Morton-Shaw
Mr Jack is a small dog in a big hurry, but without his glasses, how will he ever find his way home? Follow Mr Jack as he mistakes a sewer for a subway, catches a banana truck instead of a bus, and . . . oh no! Is that Mr Jack heading for the zoo?! In a book bursting with visual gags, children will love to spot Mr Jack's next blunder as he wends his comical way through town.
Christine Morton-Shaw lives on a farm near Sheffield with her husband and six children. In her spare time she enjoys fishing and pub quizzes, and is fascinated by anything to do with the past. Christine takes inspiration for her writing from historical sources such as diaries. Born in Germany, Thomas Müller made his name in advertising and theatre design before he started working in children's books. His wonderfully humorous illustrations and eye for detail have won him much international success. Thomas lives and works in Leipsig, where he also teaches at the art school.
