Muscle Cars by Colin Romanick
Presents the story of America's pursuit of sheer horsepower in the 1960s and '70s. This book details these golden years, as well as the economic and environmental developments of the 1970s that brought an end to the muscle car era.
Colin Romanick has been attending regional Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) meetings since he was a boy, as well as the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) rally program and then later the Solo II or autocross program. Romanick is marketing coordinator for the Historic Services Division of the City of Newport News, where he coordinates an annual classic car show that features nationally recognized cars.
