My Mama Earth by Susan Katz
Watch the wonder experienced by a small boy as he journeys through the world and round the day taking in the many magnificent aspects of nature. With a deceptively simple, lyrical narrative, Susan Katz celebrates the three-way relationship between Mama Earth, a human mama and a child, making this a reassuringly intimate picture book to share with little ones. Emphasises the essential role that nature plays in everyone's life by equating it to the significance of a mother. Illustrations depict different scenes of nature from around the world. Timeless theme of a loving mother-child relationship.
