Nigel Millett's poetry is full of his musings on lifeAt times idyllic, at times philosophical, at times humorous but always thoughtful and considered. He uses language to give the reader an insight into life as seen through his own lens and we are all the richer for it. I commend you to read this book and to enjoy its richness and joie de vivre. Nigel has been writing musings and verse for many years - too many to count - during his travels and overseas work in varying guises. He found at a certain stage in life that writing his feelings really helped him move forward and to look back with a smile. During the 2020 lockdown he decided to put all his writings together, edit, add and create a collection for others to enjoy.... hopefully! Recently he and a few other like-minded people have created an initiative and formed a charitable trust called Words Out Loud through which they offer online zoom and live open-mic poetry and short story readings. In his book you will find humorous verse and musings of life through his eyes and his pen.
