
My Year of Flops by Nathan Rabin
Based on the A.V. Club column, My Year of Flops is Head Writer Nathan Rabin's romp through the most notorious movies in cinematic history.Nathan Rabin is a staff writer for The Dissolve, the popular music website Pitchfork's new film website. He was previously the A.V. Club's chief writer. Club, The Onion's entertainment guide, a post he has held since 1997, while he was a college student at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Rabin is also the author of The Big Rewind, a memoir, and My Year of Flops, an essay collection based on one of his columns. He most recently collaborated on a coffee table book with pop parodist weird Al Yankovic, titled Weird Al: The Book.
The Wall Street Journal, Spin, The Huffington Post, The Boston Globe, Nerve, and Modern Humorist have all published Rabin's work. He and his wife live in Chicago.
