The Mystery Guest by Tony Bradman
A lovely rhyming story about a child's fancy dress party. Vivid descriptions of children in their costumes and the progress of the party are interrupted by the arrival of an extraordinary guest. This guest is dressed as an alien - but who invited him and why is there a big crater in the drive outside? The mystery guest makes this a party to remember.
