Larissa is the author of the Cherry Tucker Mystery and Maizie Albright Star Detective series, and she was a finalist for Georgia Author of the Year Best Mystery in 2015. Portrait of a Dead Person, the first book in the Cherry Tucker series, was a Daphne du Maurier finalist in 2012, an Emily finalist in 2012, and a Dixie Kane Memorial winner in 2011. Her books have also been nominated for the Silver Falchion Award and Georgia Author of the Year. She enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling. Her family lives in Nagoya, Japan, with their Cairn Terrier, Biscuit, but they still call Georgia home.
