Liz Ellis is captain of the Australian netball team (reigning Commonwealth Games Champions). She is also captain of the Sydney Swifts reigning CBT champions(and one of three clubs that have dominated the national netball league in the last seven years). Revered as one of the greatest defenders the game has seen, Ellis has been passing on her skills to young netballers through her Liz Ellis Netball Clinics since 1997.
