Meditation ist im Wesentlichen die Koordination zweier Bewu tseinszust nde miteinander: Wachbewu tsein + Unterbewu tsein = Traumreise Wachbewu tsein + Tiefschlaf = Stille-Meditation Wachbewu tsein + Ekstase = Einsgerichtetheit Wachbewu tsein + kollektives Unterbewu tsein = Invokation Es gibt (f r Fortgeschrittene) auch Kombinationen von mehreren Bewu tseinsarten wie z.B. bei der Mandala-Meditation. Es gibt auch das Gegenteil der Koordination, d.h. die St rung der Integrit t einer Bewu tseinsart wie beim Schlafwandler, bei einem Trauma, bei der Hypnose usw. Bei der Meditation gibt es eine Vielzahl von Hilfsmitteln wie Worte (Mantren), Imaginationen, K rperhaltungen (Asanas, Mudras u.a.), Atemrhythmen, Symbole usw. Es gibt auch unterschiedliche Dynamiken wie Assoziationen, Analogien, Identifikationen u. . Daraus ergibt sich eine Vielzahl von m glichen Meditationen und eine bunte Vielfalt an m glichen Erlebnissen wie z.B. die Begegnung mit dem eigenen Krafttier, mit der eigenen Seele oder mit einer Gottheit. Trotzdem lassen sich die Grundz ge der Meditation auf einige schlichte Grundstrukturen zur ckf hren.-
