Jimmy Settle was born and raised in Alaska. Wounded in battle, Jimmy retired from his position as a PJ. Don Rearden is a produced screenwriter, novelist, and an entertaining speaker and storyteller. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Alaska Anchorage and lives in the mountain community of Bear Valley, just outside of Anchorage.
