Lyric Opera of Chicago's Head of Music Staff is Philip Morehead. He is the late Albert H.'s son. Morehead, lexicographer and games expert, was the original co-editor of this book and served as the New York Times Bridge Editor for over 25 years, as well as the editor of other games books. He is the author of The New American International Dictionary of Music and the editor of The New American Webster Handy College Dictionary and The New American Rogets College Thesaurus. He and his oboist and composer wife Patricia live in Chicago.
