Vincenzo Marianella is known as the “Godfather of Cocktails.” He was born in Italy, trained in London, and opened Copa d'Oro in Santa Monica in 2006. He also has his own consulting business, MyMixology. He has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Magazine, on Star Chefs, and in Food & Wine. He resides in Los Angeles, California.

James O. Fraioli has twenty-three cookbooks and a James Beard Award to his credit. His titles have been featured on the Food Network, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and in the New York Times. The author is notorious for teaming up with celebrity chefs, mixologists, and world-renowned restaurants to showcase the best the culinary world has to offer. He resides in Redmond, Washington.

Jessica Nicosia-Nadler is a highly regarded food photographer who captures the alluring beauty of food and beverages in remarkably stunning ways.
