No Walks? No Worries! by Helen Zulch
This book contains valuable information and advice about meeting a dogs physical, mental, and emotional needs during a period of limited mobility, for instance after surgery or ill-health. Appropriate care can help to reduce potential behaviour problems, alleviate some of the stress of caring for a less active canine, and help aid recovery.
Highly recommended especially for devoted pet ownersMidwest Book Review Presented with an adventurous spirit and practicality, this guidebook is packed with a valuable array of tips to help put the brakes on full-speed Fido's psyche and physicality whole connecting refreshingly with readers. Seattle Kennel Club As I was reading the book I was very pleased to find that every time a question or thought popped into my mind it was answered in the following paragraphs, or a reference was made to where I could find more information. I found the book enjoyable and informative, and I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has a dog with restrictions on physical activity for any reason. I believe that once they read the book an owner would feel extremely well equipped to deal with the challenges this may bring. I believe that trainers, behaviourists and veterinary professionals would all benefit from having this book in their 'tool kit'. APDT UK
