Paul Bright was born in Welwyn, Hertfordshire and studied Engineering and Material Science. He used to work for a large chemical company, and spent time living in Switzerland, Holland and Spain. Now he lives back in England in Tunbridge Wells and spends a lot more time writing. Matt Buckingham was born in Cheshire and grew up in the countryside. He studied Illustration at Loughborough University and went on to work as a freelance illustrator. Since then he has continued to invent stories and draw the kinds of pictures that he would have loved to have seen when he was growing up. Matt now lives in London and works as a full-time illustrator.
