The feel-good place to buy books

Northern Ireland Environmental Law by Sharon Turner
For a variety of reasons, primarily historical, political and geographical, Northern Ireland has a legal system which, while reflecting closely that of England and Wales is, at the same time, both distinct and distinctive. The uniqueness of the Northern Irish legal system is clearly demonstrated in the corpus of environmental law which applies in this jurisdiction and in terms of both the institutions with responsibility for the environment and in the evolution and development of environmental policy. This is the first comprehensive statement of environmental law in Northern Ireland. In one place the busy practitioner can locate a detailed and accessible guide through the growing maze of environmental legislation in force which can now originate via European, national and international sources.
