In Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Frank G. Tunstall serves as the obispo and administrator of the Heartland Conference, IPHC. He was the founding pastor of the Northwet Christian Center in Oklahoma City, where he served the congregation for 23 years. He also served as president of Oklahoma City's Southwestern Christian University. Dr. Tunstall holds degrees from Emmanuel College, Methodist College, Oral Roberts University, and Tulsa University, among others. He also holds a doctorate in ministry from Phillips University. El and his wife, Lu, have been married for 44 years and have two children and five grandchildren.
