Lucy Cousins is a prolific illustrator and author and is the creator of the Maisy Mouse books. Maisy is one of the best-loved characters in children's books and has sold millions of copies throughout the world. Lucy began her career in illustration with a foundation course at Canterbury College, and then, following a degree in graphic design, she attended the Royal College of Art where she studied for a post-graduate degree. She lives in Hampshire, England.
