Kevin Johnston lives in Moneymore Co. Derry. A writer and teacher, he has a deep and varied historical interest, and lectures widely throughout Ulster. His first book, In the Shadow of Giants: A social history of the Belfast Shipyards, was published in 2008 by Gill & Macmillan.
