Roger is a founder member and leader of Revelation Church, Chichester. He is a member of the Pioneer leadership team, and is a founder member of youth movements such as Cultural Shift and director to a charity called Fusion - a Christian discipleship, training and support initiative geared towards the student culture. Much of Roger's time is spent training leaders both in the UK and overseas. Roger is married to Margaret, and they have two young children.
