
While working out of his own studio in West Rutland, Vermont, Jim Griff Griffith became eBay's first customer service representative. He helped establish a customer service workforce of over forty representatives across the United States in less than two years. He helped train nearly all of the 500 people who now work at eBay's first official Customer Service Center in Utah as manager of eBay Customer Support Training in 1999. Currently, he serves as an eBay Ambassador, traveling around the country and instructing at eBay University seminars.
