Olympic Lifting by Carl Miller

The information in this manual is primarily intended for Olympic-type lifters and coaches so they can improve performance in this sport. But since the hip and leg action of most other sports is similar to that of Olympic Lifting, other sports participants and coaches will also find this manual useful.

Miller, Carl: - Carl Miller has a Master's degree in health, physical education and recreation with specialty in exercise physiology, biomechanics and nutrition. As a former United States Olympic and World Weightlifting coach, he is the author of over fifty articles and several books on Olympic Style weightlifting and athletic training.
