Montse Borras (Barcelona, Spain) studied photography before getting her degree in english philology at the Universitat de Barcelona, and subsequently she got a master's degree in editing at Oxford Brookes University. She has worked in several literary publishing houses and also as a freelance translator and editor. She now combines these activities with her work at Loft Publications, where she has edited the titles City Lofts, Open Kitchens and Lobby Design.
