Jo Garcia has a Master's Degree in Medical Demography from London University. She was one of the editors of "The Politics of Maternity Care" published in 1990. Rona Campbell is a social scientist whose major research interest has been the evaluation of maternity care services. She is perhaps best known for an analysis of the debate and evidence on place of birth entitled "Where to be born", written with Alison Macfarlane.
