He is a practical organization development consultant who has worked with a wide range of companies, including Fortune 500 companies, small enterprises, charitable organizations, and educational institutions, both internally and externally. Dr. Anderson's research focuses on organizational and institutional discourse, and his studies on organizational discourse and change have appeared in journals including the Journal of Organizational Change Management, Gestion, and the Journal of Business and Technical Communication. Dr. Anderson is a member of the Academy of Management and sits on the editorial board of Management Communication Quarterly as well as the Business and Management Advisory Board of SAGE.
