He was founding president of the British Academy of Management, and frequently appears in the media on both sides of the Atlantic talking about organizational issues. CHARLES J. FOX teaches Organizational Psychology at the Manchester School of Management. He is also Editor of the Leadership and Organizational Development Journal.
