Kerry Fisher was born in Peterborough, England, and attended Bath University to study French and Italian. She worked as a journalist in Corsica, Spain, and Italy before returning to the United Kingdom. She now resides in Surrey with her husband and two teenagers, where she works as a full-time fiction writer.
