Bereits wü¾†”¼hrend des Studiums und des sich anschlieü¾™¦¼enden Vorbereitungsdienstes als Lehramtsanwü¾†”¼rterin sammelte die heutige Grundschullehrerin umfangreiche Erfahrungen in vielen verschiedenen Schulen zum Thema Klassenraum. Das Erleben unterschiedlich strukturierter Klassenzimmer und deren sichtbarer Einfluss auf das Lernen von Schü¾˜¶˜¼lern motivierten die Autorin zum Schreiben dieses Buches. Seit August 2013 leitet Frau Hoffmann eine eigene Grundschulklasse. Hier wendet sie ihre pü¾†”¼dagogischen Erkenntnisse aus diesem Werk praktisch an und entwickelt sie kontinuierlich weiter.
