Niki Daly is a South African author/illustrator with widespread popularity in the UK and USA. He has written and illustrated several picture books, including the internationally successful, Not so fast, Songololo, and many young reader books. His last book, Bravo! Zan Angelo was well reviewed in late 1998 and his new picture book, The Boy on the Beach, is being published by Bloomsbury in 1999. This is his first book for Transworld.
