She helps people of all levels take strategic, sustainable steps toward their goals. Her innovative ways of leading and sustaining change are helping lead a large IT transformation effort in a complex organization, where she is a SAFe 4.0 Program Consultant. Francie is an active keynote speaker, author, blogger, and host of CL&I Radio, an internal corporate radio show, focused on all things continuous learning and improvement. Her passion for Agile doesn't stop there. She is co-host of Agile Bettys, a motivational podcast that encourages living an agile lifestyle. Her latest project is a business novel series on Agile leadership, The Dominant Gene. The first book in the series, Reveille is slated for release summer 2016.
