Peter Gordon, a New Zealander by birth, is now living and working in London where he gained a reputation as a brilliant young chef with new and innovative ideas at the well-known Sugar Club restaurant in Notting Hill. Before leaving New Zealand he cooked at the original Sugar Club in Wellington. He has also created menus for Air New Zealand and contributed recipes and articles to numerous publications, including Food Illustrated, Elle, the Sunday Telegraph and New Zealand House and Garden. In 2005 he opened his signature restaurant, dine by Peter Gordon, located in the 5 star Sky City Grand Hotel in Auckland.
