Kurtis Wiebe is a comic writer from in Vancouver, Canada, who has been working in the industry since 2009. Kurtis received the Outstanding Comic Book Writer Shuster Award for his contribution to the critically acclaimed Green Wake. Rat Queens, his critically acclaimed ongoing series, was nominated for an Eisner Award in 2013. Kurtis has dabbled in novels, videogames, and screenplays, never happy with a single kind of writing. He spends his days at home, writing about the crazy ideas that run through his head, and he travels to different locations across North America to market his projects.
