Tristram, Matilda: - Matilda Tristram is a preschool animation script writer, author, and illustrator, based in London. She writes picture books for children, writes comics and drawing guides for adults, published by Penguin, Viking, Ivy Press, Abrams, and Cicada. Her comic strips have featured in the Guardian, Vice, Glamour and Art Review magazines. Her first book, 'Probably Nothing' (Penguin, 2014), is a graphic memoir, or diary in the form of a comic, about being diagnosed with cancer during pregnancy. Since the book's publication, she has been a guest speaker at various Medical Humanities conferences, on topics to do with the interplay between comics and healthcare.
