
Linda Collister studied at the Cordon Bleu before moving to Paris to work at La Varenne. She is the author of approximately twenty-five novels, virtually all of which are about baking. Sheila Keating is a food writer who has contributed to a number of publications. She has authored the narrative introductions to The Great British Book of Baking and has a special interest in the provenance of British cuisine.
