Pilgrim's Progress by Steve Smallman
A fresh retelling of this classic story recounts the adventures and perils of Christian on his dangerous journey from the City of Destruction to the Celestial City. On the road, he meets terrifying monsters, horrible giants, a cruel judge, raging lions and scary dark places. But he also makes good friends and, at last, reaches his journey's end - the Celestial City. Illustrations by popular children's illustrator Steve Smallman add to the drama and emotion of John Bunyan's classic tale, making this is an ideal introduction to Christian values.
