Pincus Corbett's Strange Adventure by Odo Hirsch

Pincus Corbett, a tailor, disappeared overnight from his home in the south of the city. He left behind a pair of trousers, a cardigan, and his wife, Mathilde. No witnesses have come forward. Anyone with information concerning Mr Corbett's disappearance is urged to go to the police. The newspaper never printed the report about a disappearing tailor. There was a much bigger story to cover - the Hungarian hypnotist who turned up at Sir Malcolm Hersey's party in a magnificent suit and dazzled everyone with his amazing hypnotic powers. But was he really what he seemed? And why had the Prime Minister suddenly decided to take a holiday in a location so secret that not even the cleverest journalists had managed to find out where he was? A brilliant mix of comedy, adventure and intrigue, from the one and only Odo Hirsch.
