Nydia Lisman-Pieczanski is a Child and Adult Psychoanalyst.She is the founding chair of the Infant and Young Child Observation Program, Tavistock Method, at the Washington School of Psychiatry.She is a Training and Supervising Analyst at the Buenos Aires Psychoanalytic Association, Member of the British Psychoanalytical Society and a Teaching Analyst at the Washington Center for Psychoanalysis. She is the Scientific Adviser and Teacher at 'Mind in Mind', Beijing, China.

Alberto Pieczanski is a Child and Adult Psychoanalyst. He is a Member of the IPA’s (International Psychoanalytic Association) Working Party on the study of the Analyst’s Unconscious Theories. He is a Training and Supervising Analyst of the Buenos Aires Psychoanalytic Society, (APdeBA), faculty of the Washington Center for Psychoanalysis and faculty member of the Washington School of Psychiatry.
