Danforth is the author of The Miseducation of Cameron Post, a critically acclaimed young adult novel. She graduated from the University of Montana with a MFA in fiction and a PhD in English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In Rhode Island, she lives with her wife and two obnoxious dogs. This is her debut novel for adults.
