Gary Erskine has worked on comics such as The Unwritten, Hellblazer, War Tales, The Massive with Brian Wood, and Grindhouse with Alex De Campi for MARVEL, DC Comics, Vertigo, Dark Horse Comics, IMAGE, IDW, and other companies with writers Mark Millar, Warren Ellis, Garth Ennis, James Robinson, and Grant Morrison, with characters as diverse as Judge Dredd. He's also worked on Star Wars, Star Trek, Doctor Who, Transformers, and Terminator, among other franchises. He teaches storyboarding to film students, gives workshops in schools and libraries, and is currently creating and publishing Roller Grrrls. Incendiary.US and Zachariah Gunn: Dakota are two of his upcoming projects. Gary has also worked commercially with clients such as D'Agostini, SONY, EA Games COLORS, Team GB British Cycling, J League, and the Joshua Agency, providing storyboards and concept design work for the games and cinema industries.

He also co-wrote The Last Piece of Me, a short tale for Subversive Comics' successful Metal Became Flesh series with writer Cy Dethan. Ivan Brandon wrote the companion graphic novel to Marko Kloos's Frontlines series of science fiction novels for Jet City Comics, with color by regular collaborator Yel Zamor. Gary also teaches storyboards at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and has recently offered courses for the Prince's Trust. Gary lives in the St. Louis area.
