The Plant Lovers Guide to Clematis by Linda Beutler
Linda Beutler's professional life is spent in a garden, an organic garden that houses America's largest public collection of clematis vines, as well as a plethora of other wonderful plants. Her own garden, still full of clematis, but also antique roses and vintage perennials placed around and over a 1907 cottage, is revealed. But she couldn't get enough of gardening, so in 2011, she started a weedy patch of Jane Austen fan fiction ideas. The Red Chrysanthemum (Meryton Press, 2013), which received a silver IPPY for romance writing in 2014, was the first to ripen. You may chalk this up to beginner's luck, as Linda does.
Longbourn, also known as the [too] hot one, arrived in London with the next harvest (Meryton Press, 2014). Meryton Publishing released A Will of Iron, a macabre rom-com based on Anne de Bourgh's surprise journals, as a hit in 2015. After a year away from JAFF writing to finish Plant Lovers Guide to Clematis (Timber Press, 2016), the third in a series of gardening books, we're back with My Darcy and Your Bingley.
