Pleasures of Printing by Ruth Artmonsky
This is an account of the career of the leading lithographic printer, Thomas Griffits and his collaboration with such major artists and illustrators as John Piper, Barnett Freedman, Edmund Dulac and Edward Bawden.
Ruth Artmonsky trained as a psychologist. On her retirement from her associate directorship of a leading psychometric consultancy she ran a small art gallery. She has written and published a number of books on British mid-20th century art.
