Over the past 25 years Dale Biron has coached an extraordinary number of successful leaders and teams, fulfilling his mission to support clients in both their work and personal lives. Using bold, powerful language, he is transforming how timeless narratives and poems are experienced and applied.

Bucking tradition, Dale uses poetry in story-rich, entertaining and engaging ways that ignite the mind, unleash the imagination, and touch the heart and soul. He has long observed how great stories and poems integrate and draw out the best of our intellectual and emotional selves. Such poems and stories have wholehearted conversations built right in, making them exceptional tools for those who want to improve their communication and accomplish more together.

Dale has presented and taught at large and small venues throughout the West, including TEDx Marin, national business conferences, The Herbst Theatre, and Dominican University. He is former Poetry Editor for A Network for Grateful Living and served on the Board of Directors of the Marin Poetry Center. Dale's own book of poems--Why We Do Our Daily Practice--was published in 2014.

Growing up in the Piedmont region of North Carolina under the watchful care of a New England-bred Father who read voraciously and a Southern-born Mother who loved poetry, literature and Latin, Dale's love for language was predestined. He now lives, works and gardens in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area.

Dale grew up in the Piedmont region of North Carolina to a mother who loved Latin, literature and poetry. He received his degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. For the last two decades, he has worked with hundreds of leaders, teams and entrepreneurs as a coach, confidant and mentor, often serving up great poetry as a tool for awareness, creativity and insight building. Dale has been writing poetry for more than two decades, and has shared his poetry and poetry-inspired presentations at such venues as TEDx Marin, The Herbst Theatre in San Francisco, Marin Jewish Community Center, The Center for Attitudinal Healing, various political rallies and a host of business conferences. He is past Poetry Editor for Gratefulness.org and a former board member of the Marin Poetry Center. Dale teaches poetry-based courses at The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Dominican University in San Rafael, California. Dales lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife Judy and menagerie of animals. He finds inspiration hiking the beautiful hills and open spaces of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
