Andrew Motion is a professor of creative writing at the University of London's Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, and was the Poet Laureate of the United Kingdom from 1999 to 2009. He is the author of numerous poems, novels, and biographies, including Keats, which is also published by the University of Chicago Press.
