Peter Villiers was Head of Human Rights at the National Police Leadership Faculty at Bramshill. Through his work at the Police Staff College and beyond, he has gained a unique insight into the challenges and demands of police work and gained from the experience of an extensive range of experts. He has written several books, including "Police Leadership in the Twenty-first Century", and "Policing A Safe, Just and Tolerant Society" (both with Robert Adlam, Waterside Press).
