Aldo Galli is a contract lecturer at the Universities of Siena and L'Aquila. His interest is mainly in fifteenth-century Italian painting and sculpture and he has contributed a number of articles and essays on this theme to collective publications (such as La bottega dell'artista tra Medioevo e Rinacimento, Milan 1998). He has also helped organise a number of exhibitions, including Masaccio e le origini del Rinascimento (San Giovanni Valdarno 2002) and Duccio (Siena 2003 2004).
