Postmodern Christianity by John W Riggs
An exploration of the contributions theology can make today and of what its relationship should be with postmodernism, this book should provide a challenging text for theology courses. Positions taken have direct bearing on the role (or lack thereof) of religion in contemporary society. Riggs argues that Christianity and postmodernism should take one another seriously, but avoid complete acceptance or rejection. He calls for common ground that can be applied to hot button moral issues of the day.
