Mit der Neuregelung der betreuungsrechtlichen Einwilligung in rztliche Zwangsma nahmen in 1906a BGB hat das Merkmal des nat rlichen Willens Einzug in das BGB gefunden. Die vorliegende Arbeit versucht, diese Willensform in die bisherige Willensdogmatik des BGB einzuordnen und dabei die Frage zu beantworten, ob paternalistisch motivierte Grundrechtseingriffe durch Einschr nkungen in der Willensf higkeit legitimiert sein k nnen.
L.T.C.Rolt was an engineer by training, but he is best known for his classic biographies of Brunel, Telford, Trevithick, and the Stephensons, as well as his great volumes of autobiography (Landscape with Machines, Landscape with Canals, and Landscape with Figures), his volumes of transport history, and his description of a journey along England's waterways, Narrow Boat.
