Preach Jesus by David Simango
In the early days of my Christian walk, I attended the Sakubva Assembly in Mutare Every Sunday evening the senior Elder would allow every member to feel free and share the word. [Preaching] I loved this occasion because it was my desire to preach the word of God. After preaching I would go to the elder so that he could help me in the expository. It was my deepest desire to explain and expound the scriptures like one of the church's prominent evangelists. The elder pointed out that I needed to learn how to preach Jesus before I could be in the mould of the evangelist. These words sank deep in my heart, and I desired to know more about Jesus. Throughout the years I have listened to different speakers preaching Jesus. I have watched movies about Jesus; and the more I read, and study the words of Jesus I get challenged in my life and pastoral ministry.
Dr David Simango, is an exciting teacher of the word of God. He has over forty years of Pastoral experience and holds various diplomas in Christian Ministry. * A Bachelor of Theology degree from South Eastern College (USA) * A Doctor of Ministry in Theology with Calvary University (USA) * Former Police Chaplain with the Toronto Police service (TPS) Canada * Former Director of Africa Multination For Christ College (AMFCC) Zimbabwe. Married to Florence, God has blessed the Simangos with 6 children and currently 6 grand children.
