Precision in the 90s by Barry Rigal
Since C.C. Wei brought out the original book on the Precision Club system, his ideas have influenced many of the world's great bridge players. In the last twenty-five years, however, there have been no significant publications detailing the advances in expert thinking on Precision. This book combines a detailed outline of basic precision with a survey of how the world's top players have modified and improved Precision to make it an even more forceful tool. "Precision in the 90s" should prove an invaluable asset to both beginner and expert in the Precision Club. It will give the beginner an idea of how Precision works and stimulate the expert to find new ideas and approaches.
Barry Rigal has regularly played bridge for Great Britain and England both as a junior and at Open Level. He has written for both magazines and newspapers, and has travelled extensively as a writer and commentator for Vu-graph at all the world's major tournaments. He is the author of Test Your Bridge Judgement and has revised and enlarged Terence Reese's highly acclaimed The Expert Game. Barry Rigal has been a full-time writer and journalist since 1993.
