The Problem of Life by Mark Clark
In The Problem of Life, author and pastor Mark Clark looks at the questions that drive our search for meaning, our longing for happiness, and our need for purpose in life.
'If you believe that the unexamined life is not worth living, then this is a must-readThese are the deep questions of life that not enough of us are asking, and we're all paying a price for it. In a world where too many of us--even Christians--settle for the shallows, this is a beautiful, profound, and, at times, challenging look at the depths. Mark tackles some of the hardest questions of existence and traces out the meaning, purpose, and further questions that will make your soul question, dream, and, ultimately, hope again.' * Carey Nieuwhof, author, speaker, and podcaster *
'Mark is a voice I trust. Among the things I like most about him is that he doesn't pull any punches but surrounds us with so much love that he doesn't leave us bruised. He has written another terrific book, and when you turn the final page, you will see more possibilities for your life than you did before you started, more answers to your questions than you have ever experienced, and if you are like me, more hope than you have seen in a while.' * Bob Goff, New York Times bestselling author *
'This book is outstanding... truly. I was mesmerized from the first page. This will be a go-to book for our generation. It is that good! Mark helps us find meaning and make sense of living in a world full of chaos, confusion, and consternation. It's compelling, profound, inspiring, and thought-provoking from beginning to end--a modern-day classic.' * Christine Caine, founder, A21 and Propel Women *
